We are a group of enthusiasts who want to make the sport of sit-kitesurfing accessible for people with disabilities.
We organize various events where you can get acquainted with the sport. This includes clinics, surf camps and workshops. The ultimate goal is to get as many people as possible out on the water and enjoying the ultimate freedom of kitesurfing. We will also organize competitions to take the sport to the next level. Our ambition is to make sit-kitesurfing a Paralympic sport!
We work hard with various parties to develop training materials for beginning sit-kiters. We are also developing a training program for beginning sit-kiters, with safety as one of the highest priorities. These activities make the sport accessible and make it possible for kitesurf schools worldwide to be able to safely teach sit-kitesurfing.
The first events were planned for this summer. As is the case with almost all (sports) organizations at the moment, we cannot organize events due to Corona. Unfortunately, the events that were planned this summer have been cancelled.
Update: The good news is that it looks like small-scale events may continue from September onwards. This means that the sit-kite clinic at Surfana festival on 4-5-6 September will probably continue as planned! For more information about the festival and our clinic, see our Event Page.
